z/KeyValue

z/KeyValue is a z/OS 64-bit assembler language product that allows applications to easily share information using key/value pairs.  Applications can create, delete, retrieve, update, query and list key/value pairs.  In addition, 50+ builtin key/value pairs are available to applications (e.g. @ZOS_JOBID, @ZOS_JOBNAME, etc.).  Key/value pairs are managed using virtual storage above the 2G bar.  There is no limit as to the number of key/value pairs that an application can create.
z/KeyValue works in any z/OS environment (e.g. batch, TSO, IMS etc.).
